While perfection may be unattainable, the unique way our families have blended is our form of perfection. Ryan, a first-generation farmer, fell in love with Nicole, a woman with a passion for poultry and a desire to nourish her community. Together, they established Willows Hollow in Sadieville, a testament to their dreams and hard work, dedicated to raising pasture poultry.

Ryan, who moved to Kentucky from Florida, discovered his love for farming rivaled only by his love for coaching baseball. Nicole's journey began in her early teens in Illinois with 4-H poultry as exhibition birds. This passion was passed on to her daughter, and they started exhibiting at national shows, which is when Ryan and his children entered their lives.

As the families merged, along with Emily, Bryce, Harper, and Reagan, they introduced meat birds as part of the children's 4-H projects. The entire family contributes to feeding, care, and maintenance amidst 4-H showings, work, and sports activities. By the end of that first summer, they realized that raising meat birds was not only a way to fulfill their dream of providing the local community with kindly and naturally raised poultry but also a project that would fill the children with pride.
